You’ll receive all the photos taken within 48 hours, with basic color correction. While some photographers don’t share all the images, I believe they should be shared, giving you the freedom to choose which photos you want edited if you wish. Please note that you will get most, if not all, of the photos taken—some may not be perfect. You may share any of them, but we recommend waiting for the final edited versions before sharing.

The photo gallery link expires in 30 days, so be sure to download and back up your images!

Select your favourites and send me their file numbers (not the photos themselves) to indicate which ones you want edited.

How to Submit Your Photo Selection?

– Once you’ve chosen your favorite photos, please list them in the exact order, one after the other.

When submitting the file numbers, make sure to include the full file name exactly as shown, for example:

A7R00058, A7R00088, A7410077, A7420001

⚠️ Please note:
It’s very important to provide the complete file numbers. I use multiple cameras with similar numbering, so including the full name ensures I can locate and process the correct images.

If you prefer, I can select the photos for you—just let me know within 30 days.

For best results, view your photos on a tablet or computer screen, as details are hard to see on smaller devices. Remember, focus and framing can’t be changed later, so choose images that you like and that look good on larger screens.

Please select photos that can be tilted or straightened to balance the horizon. Also, keep in mind that some images may not allow reframing due to how they were originally shot. Focus cannot be changed later in post-production, so choose carefully.

If you choose a popular song from platforms like YouTube, it may get blocked or muted online. To avoid this, we recommend selecting music from Artlist.io, where we have a license to use any song. While songs from our recommended portal might not be as well-known as the most popular hits, with a little searching, you’ll find great options worth considering.

If you prefer to use a popular copyrighted song, that’s fine—just please make sure you have the proper license or permission to use it.

We also have a curated playlist of popular tracks here: Artlist Playlist.

Note: Once your video is edited to a specific song, changing the music later can only be done at an extra cost because the video is synced to that song’s tempo. To avoid issues, we suggest choosing a royalty-free song. If you want, we can help select a fitting track for you.

For the full wedding video, using copyright-free music is not necessary unless you plan to share it online. Please send your favourite songs from YouTube via direct link (not the song names), so I can download and include them where appropriate.

Please send direct links only when sharing your YouTube song choices—not just the song names.
